Maybe you want to get rid of a phobia, say goodbye to anxiety, change a habit, be more confident, quieten that inner critic or simply feel more relaxed. Well the mind is a very powerful tool which is capable of making those changes and I’m here to help you take advantage of yours.

If you've been struggling to make changes on your own and finding it difficult to break old habits of behaviour or thinking hypnosis is a great tool to help you break through and live the life you want.

I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist and you can find me on the General Hypnotherapy Register as well as the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council's register.  My specialisms include working with anxiety, stress, phobias and performance in all its guises (sports, work, life goals).
